RoundCast - Privacy Statement
RoundCast is a set of tools developed at Meeple Madness to support our tabletop tournaments
RoundCast includes a macOS tool, RoundCast Console, and a companion app, RoundCast Player that runs on Apple TVs, iPhone and iPads. We use RoundCast during the majority of our tournaments.
This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
RoundCast Console and RoundCast Player operate entirely on your local network and do not:
- Collect personal data
- Track your usage
- Send data to external servers
- Use analytics or tracking services
- Access your contacts, location, or other personal information
Local Network Usage
RoundCast Console uses your local network to:
- Broadcast timer updates to display devices on your network
- Discover and connect to companion display apps (tvOS and iOS)
- Synchronize timer state across multiple devices
RoundCast Player uses your local network to:
- Discover and connect to Consoles on the local network
- Synchronize timer state with the Console
All network communication:
- Stays on your local network only
- Does not connect to the internet
- Does not send data to external servers
Data Storage
RoundCast Console stores the following data locally on your device:
- Timer settings and preferences
- Event titles and customization settings
- Display configuration preferences
RoundCast Player stores the following data locally on your device:
- Display configuration preferences
This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not backed up to our servers (we have none)
- Is not shared with third parties
- Can be deleted by uninstalling the app
Third-Party Services
RoundCast Console and RoundCast Player do not use any third-party services, analytics, or tracking tools.
Children's Privacy
RoundCast Console and RoundCast Player does not knowingly collect information from children. The app is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
