Retail & Guest Engagement Associate

Are you passionate about games and love making people feel welcome? We're looking for a Retail & Guest Engagement Associate to be part of our team. This isn't just a retail job—it's about building a vibrant, welcoming, and fun community, both in-store and online. You'll be the friendly face our guests see and the helpful presence they connect with on Discord.

A little about what you'll be doing:

  • You'll be our front-line hero, helping guests find exactly what they're looking for and answering their questions with a smile.
  • You'll keep our store looking awesome, from keeping shelves tidy to making sure everything is clean and organized.
  • You'll get to run the show at the register, handling sales and making sure every transaction is smooth.
  • You'll be a key part of our online community, jumping into conversations on our Discord server to share the latest news on new stock, preorders, and store events.
  • You'll help us get the word out about all the cool stuff happening in the store, working with our crew on fun marketing efforts.

What we're looking for in a teammate:

  • You have a high school diploma or GED. (That's the basic stuff!)
  • You’re an amazing communicator. You can chat easily with guests in-person and over the phone, but you're just as great at writing. You know how to make messages on social media and Discord sound friendly, professional, and on-brand.
  • You're a friendly, engaging person who loves to connect with all kinds of people.
  • You're reliable, organized, and have an eye for detail.
  • You're passionate about games and genuinely excited to help us grow our community.
  • You're a team player but can also rock it on your own when needed.
  • You’re comfortable with the basics: using a computer, and ideally, you already know your way around online tools like Discord.
  • You can lift up to 50 lbs and aren't afraid of a ladder to grab something from a high shelf.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of board games, miniatures, TCGs, and RPGs.
  • Experience with miniature painting, modeling, or photography.
  • Multilingual skills.

The Nitty-Gritty:

  • Part-time, up to 30 hours/week
  • Starting rate is $13/hour
  • Primary location: Flowery Branch, GA
  • Must be available Monday–Saturday, including Monday morning meetings
  • Must have reliable transportation
