Building Your Game's Community at Meeple Madness

At Meeple Madness we host several official game nights for many of our gaming communities. We have nights for Warhammer 40K, the Gwinnett Board Game Society, and many Trading Card Games like Magic and Pokémon.

Of course, there are many games we don’t currently have scheduled times for. For those, we offer our free-to-use table reservation system and a path to building a gaming community around whatever game you’re passionate about.

If you’re already excited about a particular game or game system, you’re off to a great start. If not, take some time to explore our Game Library or enjoy a Learn to Play experience with one of our Crew members. We’re happy to teach you a variety of board games, miniatures game and card games to help you find a new hobby. Once you’ve found your game, there are three steps you can take to share your new passion with the Meeple Madness community.

Reserve a table

Enjoy your game

Grow beyond your table

Step One - Reserve a Table

Once you’ve found a game you enjoy, reserve a table and start enjoying the game. Our reservation system allows you to make an ongoing reservation. If you want to make Tuesday nights (or Thursday afternoons) your game time, setup a repeating reservation to ensure you have a place to play.

Step Two - Enjoy your Game

Once your table is reserved, come in and enjoy your game.  If you would like to share your passion with other members of our community on our Discord server or tag us on whatever social media you like, we’ll do our best to amplify your signal.

Step Three - Grow Beyond your Table

If you decide to grow your community, eventually you may find yourself growing beyond a single table.  When you get to the point of needing two or more tables regularly, it’s time to consider moving from basic reservations to becoming a published event on our Calendar. At your request, we’ll work with you to create an official event, secure supporting materials (promos, terrain, etc) to enhance the game experience, and assign a Crew member to begin working to grow the community even further.

Of course, all of this is completely optional - if you’re happy to play with a well-known group of family or friends, we’re always happy to have you at our tables - just make a reservation (or drop in), and we’re happy to take care of you while you’re at our tables.

But, if you want to build something beyond that, we hope this helps you see a clear path to do it.
