Many of you have come to know one of our store managers, Riley. He's awesome, and has been, and will continue to be, a big part of the gaming community in this area of the world. What you may not know is Riley has some sort of a degree in Finance and, as it turns out, somebody found out.
The awesome news is that Riley has accepted a great position at a firm that could very well be the starting point of an amazing career in the financial sector. The bad news is that the company, for whatever reason, won't let him work from our shoppe – they want him to be in some sort of an office or something.
We're very grateful for all the time and energy Riley has spent helping us build Meeple Madness. Though it's only been a few months, he's really helped bring us along, and has made an indelible mark on our store. Riley will be working with us through the month of May. After that, we hope you'll still see him in the store from time to time, playing games, and enjoying all the hobbies a career in the Financial Sector affords him.
With June 1st looming, that means we have to start an immediate search to bolster our Staff. We have been interviewing folks for other positions, but now we also have a part-time Manager slot to figure out. With that in mind, if you're interested in working with us, stop by the store, fill out an application, and we'll setup an interview to see what's what.
We are, of course, also talking to our current Staffers, to see if their schedules will allow them to take over some of Riley's managerial responsibilities. But, regardless, we've got a roster to fill, so if you're interested in being part of our team, drop in the store, and let us know.
